Prices and Fees


  1. Price Information
    All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the statutory VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Ticket Prices
    The purchase price for tickets is indicated in the respective offer profiles. We reserve the right to modify prices or offer special promotions.

  3. Additional Fees
    In addition to the ticket price, additional fees may apply, such as:

    • Service Fees: To cover the costs of providing our platform and customer support.
    • Processing Fees: For processing the order.
    • Shipping Costs: If physical tickets are being sent.
      The respective additional costs will be displayed transparently before the order is finalized.

  4. Currency Conversion
    For payments in foreign currencies, conversion is carried out at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Price Changes
    We reserve the right to change prices and fees at any time. Any price changes apply exclusively to future transactions and do not affect contracts already concluded.

  6. Refunds
    In the event of a refund, the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable). Details can be found in the corresponding refund conditions.

  7. Transparency
    All incurred costs are clearly and understandably displayed before the completion of the order, ensuring that you are always informed of the payable amounts.
